On the Wings of Eagles is one of the Side Quests in NieR Replicant. Side quests are optional tasks or quests usually requested by NPCs that players can choose to complete in order to obtain rewards. Some quests rewards are required for certain endings.
The tavern keeper needs more ingredients for her medicine. This time she needs an eagle egg, found in high places where the wind blows.
You obtained an eagle egg. Bring it back to the client.
You gave the eagle egg to the client, who turned it into medicine. Deliver the medicine to the old woman near the fountain by the library.
You gave the medicine to the old woman, although it's hard to imagine her any more energetic than she already is...

On the Wings of Eagles Walkthrough
The Tavern Keeper at the village asks if NieR could go to The Aerie to get an eagle egg for her. She needs it for her grandmother's medicine again. She mentioned you can find eagle eggs up in high places, where the wind blows.
Head to the Aerie and climb the first tall ladder after crossing the first bridge. Cross over again (this time on the highest area) and you will see the item shining ahead of you by a hut under the Village Elder's house. To access this house, take the ladder down from the walkway by the Elder's Hut.
Once obtained, return to the Tavern Keeper. She will mix up her medicine and ask NieR to bring it to her grandmother near the fountain in front of the library.
- NieR will obtain Old Lady's Elixir+
Head to the fountain and speak to the old lady. She will provide the reward.
