A Return to Shopping is one of the Side Quests in NieR Replicant. Side quests are optional tasks or quests usually requested by NPCs that players can choose to complete in order to obtain rewards. Some quests rewards are required for certain endings.
The florist needs three bounty fertilizers for her seeds. They're apparently available for sale at Seafront.
You collected the fertilizers. Bring them back to the client.

The florist mentions that she forgot she also needed three bounty fertilizers that can be bought at the Seafront.
Purchase the fertilizers and return them to the florist. She will reward NieR and expand his field for Cultivating.
