Titanium Alloy is one of the Raw Materials in Nier Replicant and NieR Replicant ver.1.2247. Raw Materials are used to upgrade your Weapons and you will find them in various Locations throughout your playthrough of the game. They can also be dropped by some Enemies as you defeat them.

- Found in drops from red-light and giant Robots in Junk Heap.
- Junk Heap: Do a full run on all floors, they will be dropped like always from red lit robots aka the grounded ones as well as P-32s.
- Rare drop from the crates of the third and final door of the DLC Recycled Vessel.
