Large Gear is one of the Raw Materials in Nier Replicant and NieR Replicant ver.1.2247. Raw Materials are used to upgrade your Weapons and you will find them in various Locations throughout your playthrough of the game. They can also be dropped by some Enemies as you defeat them.

- Junk Heap: Can be farmed on the normal robots especially on the B2 area before the Depths. Remember to do this again from the start by the beginning of entering inside the factory on Surface.

Rare drop from yellow robots in the Junk Heap. For some odd reason, there's a much higher drop rate in the first room you encounter in underground level 2, the one just after the elevator.
For a good farming route, you can go to that room, then make explode the barrier on the left, enter the corridor, and take the second room on the left. Then go back to the elevator, go to first floor, and back to undergrond level 2.
