Virtuous Dignity is a Spear in Nier Replicant and NieR Replicant ver.1.2247. Virtuous Treaty is a good starter but free weapon and is also a free downloadable weapon that consists of the YoRHa set.

 

A white spear crafted by an ailing blacksmith. Some claim the face upon it represents its creator's ecstasy, but others say it shows the pain his wife felt as she was stabbed to death.

 

Virtuous Dignity Acquisition

You will obtain Virtuous Dignity by simply downloading the YoRHa DLC pack for NieR Replicant ver.1.22... . This weapon will be with you when gaining control of the Protagonist which is on the inventory of weapons during Act II, right after completing the Act I in Route A.

Virtuous Dignity Level 1 Weapon Story

"There once existed a cursed spear whose holder would inevitably meet a violent end.

Eventually, the weapon found its way to a mechanical automaton that possessed no soul. And though it was a mere machine, the spear delivered countless deaths upon it all the same."

 

Virtuous Dignity Level 2 Weapon Story

"The automaton warred against mechanical weapons much like itself.

It was crushed to death, burned to death, and thrown to its death from great heights. Yet each time, the automaton was reborn and thrown into battle anew."

 

Virtuous Dignity Level 3 Weapon Story

"The war became fiercer and more complicated. There were self-detonation suicide attacks, false operations, and betrayals by companions.

Indeed, it seemed to the soulless automaton that it was inhabiting a kind of infinite, cyclical hell."

 

Virtuous Dignity Level 4 Weapon Story

"Finally, the automaton died a final time in order to save its trusted companions—an act that precluded the possibility of ever returning to life again.

But as pangs of agony spread through its body, the automaton found its final rest."

 

Virtuous Dignity Upgrades

Weapons can be upgraded by handing in the required materials and paying a fixed price at the Two Brothers Weaponry outside the Junk Heap. Upgrading Virtuous Dignity will give the following boosts to the weapon:
