Dark Lance is a Sealed Verse in Nier Replicant and NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139.... Sealed Verses such as Dark Lance are special abilities used by Grimoire Weiss that assist NieR in battle. They can be unlocked by progressing the story and completing content.
Dark Lance Effect
Launch a devastating magical spear. Charge to aim.
This is the only power in the game that uses crosshairs for aiming. This power creates a large magical beam that shoots forward like spear. Though it is a long-range power, it is also very quick, so it is ideal to use during boss battles. This is a chargeable attack that can deal a lot of damage and can fire up to 8 spears at once.
Dark Lance Location
Dark Lance is the second Sealed Verse you in NieR Replicant you obtained. It is obtained during the Hansel & Gretel boss fight sequence on top of the Lost Shrine. This power upgrades itself along with NieR's level.
Dark Lance Combat
- Since this power uses crosshairs, use it to aim at targets. The crosshairs won't be located at the center of the screen like other shooters, so keep an eye on it.
