| Attack Power is damage NieR deals during combat affected by 4 factors:
(NieR's Level/EXP) + (Equipped Weapon Attack Power level) + ( Words equipped +%? x2) + (Magic Items for a temporary effect) |
Attack Power is a stat in NieR Replicant that affects the amount of damage dealt to opponent Enemies and Shades when a weapon is equipped. This is improved as the player progresses in the game, levels up and gains EXP.
What can affect or increase NieRs Attack power?
Attack power is increased by many means in game. There are different factors that can stack and allow NieR's attack power to increase.
- The equipped weapon affects overall Attack Power. Each weapon carries its own stats and strengths. When purchasing a new weapon, an information box will show if the new weapon is an increase or decrease of its Attack Power, Magic Power, and weapon weight (from light, moderate to heavy) compared to the weapon NieR has equipped
- Words can be bound to weapons and magic to increase overall damage and Attack Power. The collection of "Pah" Words specifically aid in increasing damage. There are around 10 prefix "Pah" words ranging from a 2-30% increase, usable with weapons only. Up to two words can be bound to an object at a time, and they are reusable. Words can be bound to multiple weapons as well.
- Some items that affect his stats will also be able to temporarily affect his Attack Power. A strength drop doubles physical damage for 30 seconds and a strength capsule will do the same thing for 60 seconds.
